Ordered the wrong filter? Product damaged? Something else just not right...? No need to worry! We honor all returns or exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Refund and Exchange requests must be made directly to Filter Frank by contacting us here.
After 30 days from your delivery date, Filter Frank is not able to issue refunds for orders that have already processed. Returns and Exchange requests must be made directly to Filter Frank by contacting us here.
Returned Items should be in the same condition that you received them.
Items should be returned with the original packaging.
Custom-Made Filters are Non-Returnable.
Promptly following Filter Frank's receipt of your refund request, if it is approved by our team, Filter Frank will email you a return shipping label. Print it, attach it to the shipping box, and ship it back for a flat rate of $12.00. We will credit the approved amount paid for the product (minus the return shipping) to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Filter Frank cannot control when or how a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of a chargeback.
